a little bday goth anyone?

I am super fortunate to have good friends from my elementary school years.  The first child born to my group of friends was beautiful Keilani.  She's wonderful and has just been one of the best kids I've ever met :) She's got the best style.  Colors and patterns and ties with t-shirts...I love this kid.  I wanted to make a card in the spirit of her spunk and unique style...I hope I succeeded. I think she liked it.

I knew immediately that I wanted to use one of my Gorjuss Girls Stamps (also referred to as Gorgeous Girls).  I love them and I never get stuck when coloring them.  Many of my friends say this one especially looks like me! The nice big shroom is from C.C. Designs Swiss Mushroom and the mini cupcake is from one of those awesome Studio G $1 packs from Michael's.  The metal heart is from Michael's, too, but I didn't keep the packaging.  I think it's Making Memories??
I think the only thing I wasn't super happy about was the "peachy"ness of the mushroom...

Here is a little peek at the inside.  I used billo free fonts for the text.  I LOVE this font!!

And I added this pic so you could see the fold of the card.

The different papers used included:
Glam Tattoo from Glitz Design
Moda Bella Feminine from American Crafts.
I accidentally threw away the info strip from the other paper I used.

Color compliments of Copic Markers, edging with Tim Holtz Dusty Concord Distress Ink.

Ok! Happy to share! Aloha and have a great evening!
